Meal Plan: Week of September 5

Meal plan and weekly food prep for the short week of September 5th.

Hi friends! Can you believe it’s already time to head back to work after that long weekend? I vote for a 3 day weekend all the time! We had a great weekend over here working on yard work, hanging with friends and family, making delicious food, and just relaxing. A little bit of everything!

With the long weekend I had the opportunity to food prep a little bit on Sunday and Monday. 

I prepped:

  • Chopped watermelon– for snacks
  • Chopped peppers, cucumber, carrots, celery– for snacks
  • Oatmeal– for breakfasts
  • Pumpkin dessert bars– for snacks
  • Ramen noodle soup in a jar (Recipe coming soon!!)– for lunches


This Week’s Dinner Menu:
Monday: Steamed dumplings
Tuesday: Black bean crockpot soup
Wednesday: Stir-Fry
Friday: B’s Birthday! (Out)
