Meal plan and weekly food prep for the short week of September 5th.
Hi friends! Can you believe it’s already time to head back to work after that long weekend? I vote for a 3 day weekend all the time! We had a great weekend over here working on yard work, hanging with friends and family, making delicious food, and just relaxing. A little bit of everything!
With the long weekend I had the opportunity to food prep a little bit on Sunday and Monday.
- Chopped watermelon– for snacks
- Chopped peppers, cucumber, carrots, celery– for snacks
- Oatmeal– for breakfasts
- Pumpkin dessert bars– for snacks
- Ramen noodle soup in a jar (Recipe coming soon!!)– for lunches
This Week’s Dinner Menu:
Monday: Steamed dumplings
Tuesday: Black bean crockpot soup
Friday: B’s Birthday! (Out)
