Meal plan and food prep for the week of September 11.
The weekend’s just fly by WAY too quickly. This one especially between celebrating B’s birthday, watching the first Georgia Tech game of the season, heading out downtown Atlanta, and running errands/house work. Can we go back to Friday now? Sigh.
Well it’s another work week so that means prepping and planning to stay healthy for the week ahead.

- Overnight Oats–> for breakfasts

Sunday: Burgers in a collard green wrap
Monday: Crockpot chicken carnitas
Tuesday: Butternut squash noodles with bacon
Thursday: Steak with sweet potato fries
